Meet Marissa
Marissa Tosoni is a dedicated real estate expert who currently works across three states buying and flipping homes for investors. She lived in Shanghai and Beijing for a combined 4 years where she was an English teacher and eventually owned a healthy food restaurant. She takes pride in her work that provided nourishment and a mindful food option for expats where there were originally no options. She focuses her work on three main pillars- food, water, and shelter. In China, there is a massive need for healthy food, clean water, and affordable living conditions. She is grateful she was able to help with one of these and upon returning back to the USA, she was inspired to continue her mission and focus on home development with a focus on sustainability.
Countless people, high rents, and low salaries, the need for attainable housing was extreme and evident around the city. Nonetheless, our citizens need affordable housing that's clean and comfortable for residents. Every single person deserves an economical, and snug place to live and through her and Dawn’s business UpCycle Communities, they intend to bridge the gap.
Meet Dawn
Dawn Bell moved to Central Florida in 1999 and began her career working in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Following a lifelong interest in Real Estate investing, she obtained her Real Estate license in May of 2020. She has since been very involved in the design and build of her present home and is currently building and/or renovating rental property.
In 2021, Dawn and Marissa Tosoni originated and launched UpCycle Communities, LLC in an effort to help ease the current and future housing crisis in central Florida. They are firmly committed to helping the disadvantaged by offering attainable housing for those unable to afford to live at the current market value.
Dawn believes that before you fill your own pockets you must empty them first and has been a longtime supporter of children’s charities. In her free time she enjoys hosting her northern family, spending time with friends, running, reading, and watching movies.
