Our pocket neighborhoods offer a unique sense of community that fosters strong relationships and an opportunity for self-sufficiency. The eco-friendly lifestyle will be supported with raised garden beds that provide the residents an opportunity to grow their own seasonal vegetables and fruits. Our garden beds are upcycled wooden pallets with mineral rich soil that is locally sourced. Each development supplies a shared honey hut where tenants can gather honey for food preparation and reap the benefits of its medicinal healing properties. Both of these offerings will ease food costs. While living in one of our communities, residents will enjoy lower monthly electric costs as our homes offer spray foam, a powerful insulator to withstand Florida heat.
